AI Agent Service Co — founder, product manager & AI integration engineer. Launched June 2026, productizing the AI-integration model proven at OXXO and Regen Tribe into a standalone service business.
MyCoNet (My Community Network) goes live — the AI-native operating system for residential communities and regenerative neighborhoods. A modular suite covering the full arc of community life: ideation, planning, operations and growth, with agents woven through it. see the residential community software →
OXXO Dry Cleaners — strategy & operations consultant / interim CTO. Agentic operations system for a $1.4M+ revenue business: second brain, natural-language PM agent in team chat, custom PM tool, sales dashboard, integrated against the legacy POS.
Kuyabeh (Tulum) — design consulting for an 800-hectare regenerative neighborhood. Creative design of a 12-community colour-spectrum theme, built on best practices gathered over the years.
Sun Nation (Santa Marta Mountains, Colombia) — 9-person forming community. Operations strategy, structure and protocol; hosted a condensed Agent Program for residents.
La Helenita (Colombia) — community design, transition and fundraising strategy, converting a 50-person hostel into a regenerative neighborhood.
Community Lab X (Tulum) — $90k raise. Designed 1 acre of jungle into a 12-cabin community venue: cabins, water systems, on-grid electric, permaculture, 60 m² shala, 40 m² kitchen. Owner and venue manager — built, operated, and exited after the Tulum crash. A full cycle of lessons in building a place from scratch.
Próspera / Vitalia (Honduras) — pop-up city to permanent community transition. Co-hosted community culture experiences in the clubhouse venue and supported logistics for 150+ residents across a 3-month program; co-hosted a 300-person, 3-day experience.
Network School (Malaysia) — 150-person pop-up city. Hosted community design workshops; wrote the kitchen operating procedure for the shared cafeteria.
Two Agent Program cohorts: Vitalia at Próspera (teaching community culture creation to a forming 150-person pop-up city) and a Tulum on-site cohort.
TribesPlatform.app v1 — multi-sided networking and education platform for regenerative neighborhoods, community users, service providers and resource investors.
Portal Ixchel (Mexico) — permaculture design, dry-toilet system redesign, water capture with natural lake optimization, and early-stage glamping housing. Venue manager for a 15-cabin fully off-grid community — bookings, guest experience, an active volunteer program, and regenerative event programming.

regenTribe.org launches in Tulum as a lifestyle agency and tech start up following exponential-organization strategies.
